Sent emails lack plain/text version

I use a terminal email client (neomutt) for all my email

attach plain/text version to all sent emails

Describe alternatives you've considered

Use an external browser (lynx) to read email from rubygems, but since it's a site geared towards technical folks it should not be needed.

It seems some email have a plain/text view as per https://github.com/rubygems/rubygems.org/tree/master/app/views/mailer
