6.9 Fixing the Deleting Tickets Feature

The first line says to "replace these lines from spec/features/editing_tickets_spec.rb" and I think it should says "from spec/features/deleting_tickets_spec.rb"

Yeah that section's wonky, it even has code from editing_tickets_spec that should probably be the same relative block to deleting_tickets_spec
