REQ: add webui to the tutorial

Could you please add rucio-webui to this useful tutorial?

I tried to run it on an environment instructed in server installation but having difficulty. It would be very helpful and educational to have it as an optional system in here (probably as an option for deploy-rucio.sh or as another script).
