Unable to view subscriptions in the new webui

Description

In the new web UI, when consulting a specific subscription made by the account, the page gets stuck on "Loading..." state. In the old UI, subscriptions seemed to work fine and one could also list the stuck/replicating/ok rules of said subscription relatively fast.

Steps to reproduce

1. Access any subscription, in my case I'm trying to see https://cms-rucio-newui.cern.ch/subscription/page/transfer_ops/MINIAOD_GLOBAL_PERMANENT but it should work for any /subscription/page/{{account}}/{{subscription_name}}. On the old UI, I have no issues when consulting https://cms-rucio-webui.cern.ch/subscription?name=MINIAOD_GLOBAL_PERMANENT&account=transfer_ops, for example.
