Update to 0.16

Hey, thanks and yes I will, hopefully this weekend. I tagged the current commit as 0.15.2.

With 0.16.0 I think I'll remove the raylib and SDL3 skills, since I find the models better at just reading through those codebases when necessary. I'm having the same experience with Zig itself honestly.

My plan is to make the skill more "action-oriented" since that's how I tend to use it anyway, and it will streamline my personal workflow. I'm not sure yet if a collection of skills makes the most sense to do this, or if I should add some branching in the SKILL.md. I think other projects are using branching and it might be sufficient, but I'm leaning towards focused skills since it seems to help with the quality of output I get.

Maybe something like:

/zig-upgrade-project
/zig-patterns
/zig-code-review
/zig-tigerstyle
/zig-io
/zig-memory-management
etc.

I also want to just dump the full language references in markdown into the ./references/ directory and link since sometimes I think the full thing is useful, and getting it in markdown is hard (I wrote a utility to do it).

Lastly, I use Opus almost exclusively, so that might affect my experience. I'm curious how helpful the other stuff is for those using Codex or Sonnet more frequently. Any feedback is welcome
