Galaxy Siege 3 - Buttons only clickable on lower half.

Describe the bug

In Galaxy Siege 3, the buttons consistently only appear to be clickable on the lower half when played in Ruffle. Examples include the Play button on the title screen, and dragging ship components during the tutorial.

Expected behavior

In Flash Player, the entire button is clickable.
