I use this app because the newest Macbook pro 16 inch warms up very quickly as soon as you connect an external monitor.
When it's used without, the heat is not that bad and turbo boost can be enabled without the whole machine sounding as a vacuum cleaner :)
So My proposal is to add an option to enable/disable turbo boost depending on if an external screen is connected or not.
