issue tracking gone?

New version seems to just cycle endlessly whilst trying to download, and warm up my phone / drain the battery after 30-40 mins (of downloading nothing)

But more to the point, the issue tracker has vanished, so no way to report this or check if others are seeing this problem? Not sure if that was deliberate, but leaves me unsure if this problem is something I can fix or workaround, or if someone else is fixing it...
