Workshop rulezet - missing a specific source of rules?

As you have seen, the official rulezet.org repository includes a set of GitHub sources, along with additional ones such as Emerging Threats.

We are planning to create a dedicated repository for reference sources so they can be properly tracked with unique UUIDs. The idea is to support repositories hosted on GitHub as well as on other platforms.

This issue welcomes any new ideas for additional sources to include in rulezet.
