Overview
Extract the Karta operator from its current embedded location and move it into this repository. This enables standalone usage of Karta and creates clear architectural boundaries between the controller and its consumers.
The Karta operator is currently embedded inside a downstream integrator, creating tight coupling that prevents:
- Standalone Karta usage by the OSS community
- Clean consumption by downstream controllers
- Independent maintenance and contributions
