[Beginning July 20th, 2020](http://developer.pardot.com/kb/authentication/), it will be possible to authenticate to the Pardot API using a Salesforce OAuth token that is appropriately scoped. This will be the only way to authenticate [beginning in Spring 2021](https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?siteLang=en_us&id=000353746&language=en_us&type=1&mode=1)
