Munchkin test in Workfront is not passing

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a yml file.
2. Add the ff. steps:
   steps:

• step: When I navigate to https://www.workfront.com
• step: Then the tracking code for munchkin account id 758-USO-349 should load

3. Type crank run and drag the yml file in CMD.

Actual Result:
I encounter the munchkin.js script was never requested error.

Expected Result:
My test should pass since when you check the Network when you inspect the page, it has munchkin on it.

I'm having trouble reproducing this locally. I tried introducing network latency and bandwidth restrictions (down to 3G-level connectivity), but still couldn't repro.

My only guess is that it may be something unique about your location in the world combined with the unique set of scripts/tags they're loading on that page: perhaps some load quickly, because they're being served via an edge server that is near you, while others load slowly because the requests have to make it back to a server in the US.

Some combination of these types of requests could trick the browser into thinking the network is idle when it isn't, leading to the failure above.

Out of curiosity, does it pass if you add a failAfter: 1 or 5 or 10?

@iamEAP I added the failAfter but my test is still failing. It's consistently failing on my computer. However, on Lito's computer it passes sometimes usually when he's watching the browser.

This appears to be reliably happening in our CI/CD now too (it was not previously):

New Observations

• I can reliably reproduce the problem locally now, but only when running it via crank.
• Manually performing the test yields the expected Munchkin network requests every time.
• If I extend the failAfter setting quite a bit (say to 60s), and run the non-dockerized version of the Cog (so the Chromium instance actually opens up), and I refresh the page manually after the test starts to hang, then the test will pass.
