api/parsing/job 500 error #1060

Describe the bug
Call to this endpoint https://api.cloud.llamaindex.ai/api/parsing/job/57b73a56-b818-4c9e-a020-3fb5d4089718 throw the following error;
500 - "{"detail":"Oops! Something went wrong on our end. Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please contact support by clicking the chat icon on cloud.llamaindex.ai providing this correlation ID: a6ebf0ed-f692-4680-b166-b7e806d7a06d"}"

The https://api.cloud.llamaindex.ai/api/v1/extraction/jobs/file endpoint is working fine it's just the https://api.cloud.llamaindex.ai/api/parsing/job endpoint that fails.
