Bump llama-index-core dependency version to 0.14.8 #568

Hey,
Can you please bump the llama-index-core dependency version to 0.14.8. We are trying to use new gpt 5.1 and it requires new versions of llama-index-core which conflicts with the range allowed by llama-deploy.
