[Feature Request]: Add Support for gpt-5.1-chat through Azure OpenAI #20303

When a gpt-5.1-chat model is deployed in Azure AI Foundry, I am unable to use it even through the latest llama-index versions. The error received is:
ValueError: Unknown model 'gpt-5.1-chat'.
