Describe the user story

In order to visually show long plan and applies, id like to see how many seconds it took to complete a plan or apply.

This would help expose terraliths.

hey @chenrui333, it seems that github.com/warrensbox/terraform-switcher v0.1.1-0.20240413181427-4d66b260d90c
doesn't work anymore, the v0.1.1 tag is not available anymore, and so the go get fails, upgrading fails with some missing functiions, is it a known issue ?
