Feature Request - Add a Parameter for StatefulSet to allow for use with Sysbox - runtimeClassName

I have to be able to set runtimeClassName on my Atlantis pod so I can run Sysbox to add custom pipeline steps that issue docker run commands in a way that's not root DIND.
