Windows - Paths change every time I access the MCP tab

The paths inside the execution command lose escaping every time I access it. Using obsidian-mcp as an example - Clicking to any other MCP or another tab then coming back between each example this is the command string shown.

I should note that the degredation seems to be happening even without hitting save. And the degraded version is what shows up in the logs when I try to run even if I didn't hit save.
