Update \pnpm-lock.yaml\ for React peerDep

The \`react >= 18\` peerDependency added in the Phase 2 commit wasn't reflected in the lockfile, causing CI's \`--frozen-lockfile\` to fail. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
