convert 7 more lib utilities to TypeScript

- loggers.ts — rest params, void returns
- angles.ts — number types for trig functions
- search.ts — generics for sort/findIndexOfMin
- stats.ts — number types, renamed shadowed params
- sort_object_keys.ts, clear_responsive.ts, preserve_drawing_buffer.ts

Total: 13 .ts files in src/lib/. tsc --noEmit passes, all builds OK.
