Request for local version of CSI-microbes #19

Thank you very much for developing such a useful and powerful tool.
I was wondering if you have any plans to make this tool available for local installation and execution. The current version appears to rely heavily on cloud-based features, such as "load" and "sbatch," which makes it challenging to run on a local machine. For researchers like myself who do not have access to cloud computing resources, it would be extremely beneficial to have a version that can be easily adapted for local use.
I believe that providing a local version would significantly broaden the tool's accessibility and benefit the broader research community.
