Refactor failing tests: Remove defunct www.about.com endpoint

Description

The test suite is currently experiencing failures because www.about.com is no longer available to handle ping requests. Since this host/domain is decommissioned, the following test cases are failing consistently:

• t/200_ping_tcp.t
• t/400_ping_syn.t
• t/410_syn_host.t
• t/420_ping_syn_port.t

Proposed Solution:

Remove or replace the references to www.about.com with a stable alternative (such as a local loopback or a reliable public equivalent) to restore the integrity of the test suite.
