RISCV 64 support

Hey guys, it would be awesome to have RISCV support.
I have already seen that there is a feature branch for it, but no PR or ticket yet. So I just wanted to ask here about the status.

There isn't official prebuilt std library support for riscv64 musl target in Rust, and compiler-builtins lacks support for it so we can't produce an usable std library yet, makes it useless.
