Thai Translation

Hi,

I and my team have a plan to use Rust as the main language for our production systems. Translate this book while also learning it at the same time sound good for improving our skill on Rust. AFAIK, there's no translation to the Thai language yet so I’d like to translate the book into the Thai language.

I create organization and repo as rust-lang-th/book-th to be a source and cooperation place for translating the book.

Any help is always welcome!
