Select is a strangely named trait and not part of the prelude

Is there a reason Select is not named SimdSelect like the other traits (SimdFloat, SimdOrd, etc)?

Similarly, is there a reason it's not part of the prelude?

Select is generic enough it might be useful for non-SIMD code too, since it has no SIMD-specific bounds, so having it named Select and not SimdSelect is fine with me.

It not being re-exported in the SIMD prelude looks like an oversight, feel free to create a PR to re-export it there if you like.

#506 added Select to the prelude, so the only unresolved issue is naming: @calebzulawski (and others) if you're happy with Select being the name, feel free to close this issue.
