Rustup completions powershell path

In rustup tool when running rustup completions help:

Summary

When I copy and paste the path provided by rustup, it shows me a path error. I do not know if in each system the route is different. In my case it is a Windows 11 in Spanish language.

We really shouldn't be hard coding the path in any case. We would have to run powershell to get the real path or ask the user to use $profile in powershell.
