Issue with Zulip membership status

Hi! I just realized that Zulip probably doesn't think I'm a project member despite everything checking out in this repo. I was trying to access a members-only channel that I don't seem to have access to and wasn't aware existed until now. I think there might be a bug in how membership is computed and/or how that is applied to Zulip. If you could look into that that would be great. Thanks!

You appear to be in wg-async and project-keyword-generics which are classified as a working-group and a project-group, respectively.

So it’s not an implementation bug, (and even less so Zulip’s fault) but a consequence of the current definition of how T-all is supposed to work & be computed. I expect correspondingly, e.g. you’re not receiving emails on the mailing list all@r…-l….org either ;-)

I think that wg-async should be turned into a team, though the effort to convert WGs has paused recently, I think, and wg-async is (mostly?) inactive, so that's not a great combination to move this forward.
