Feature request: cuFFT support

Nvidia Cuda FFT library `cuFFT` [has an `FFTW` interface](https://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/cufft/index.html#fftw-supported-interface). It would be nice to have it as a feature along with `FFTW` and `MKL`
