index.html has broken links

repro steps:
with https://www.npmjs.com/package/local-web-server installed (tho any webserver would work)...

git clone git@github.com:rustbridge/eurorust-2023.git
cd eurorust-2023/
ws

these are broken links (references to local server when running above steps)...

• Rustlings
• Writing a CLI with Clap

should they be fixed here? ...or as part of migration to wherever curricula will be maintained?

FYI -- I think the link destination in these cases is missing .html though maybe that could be just different default behavior in whatever webserver you were using?
