Why are you interested in joining the Safety Critical Rust Consortium?
I am an embedded firmware architect at Schneider Electric, within the division that develops high-power low-voltage circuit breakers. Our products adhere to very high quality standards and must be certified according to IEC 61508. We are increasingly exploring the Rust programming language due to its well-known benefits, and we aim to closely follow its evolution to make it the most suitable language for safety-critical systems.
