Why are you interested in joining the Safety Critical Rust Consortium?

Hi,

I am interested in joining the Safety Critical Rust Consortium for the following reasons:

• I believe Rust has strong potential to enable safer and more reliable software development, especially in the active safety domain.

• With my background as a Vision and Perception Software & System Architect at Coretura, I work closely with safety applications that must meet high standards of safety and performance. These applications are currently developed in C and C++. I see Rust as a valuable technology for building robust, maintainable, and safety-critical software.

• I can contribute my expertise while also learning from the consortium’s collective knowledge.
