Why are you interested in joining the Safety Critical Rust Consortium?

I am deeply interested in joining the Safety-Critical Rust Consortium due to Rust's emphasis on memory safety, concurrency, and performance all crucial qualities for safety-critical systems. I believe Rust has the potential to become a foundational language for aerospace, automotive, and other industries where reliability and robustness are paramount.

Currently, I am working on multiple Rust-based projects, including Orust OS, an operating system designed with safety and performance in mind, and a DIDComm Mediator implementation in Rust for decentralized identity management and secure communication. This mediator project addresses critical security requirements for self-sovereign identity solutions, which is especially relevant in safety-critical applications that require secure, resilient communication channels.

I am eager to join the consortium to collaborate with other experts, share insights from these projects, and contribute to Rust’s development for safety-critical applications. I am passionate about helping Rust become a trusted language in safety-critical domains and excited to contribute to this vision

Do you plan to be a producer or observer in the consortium?
