Why are you interested in joining the Safety Critical Rust Consortium?
My background is in satellite and rocket flight software -- writing code to run onboard spacecraft to control them autonomously and handle faults, primarily. As an early career engineer, I am pushing hard to work at companies that are using Rust, which is a big departure from the traditional legacy aerospace mindset of Ada/C++. The development of Rust to become more suited for these safety-critical applications, like in aerospace, is of utmost interest to me.
