[✨ FEATURE]: NLP cloud functions for consensus, summary, and sentiment bridge

Feature Description 📝

Add a consensus_analyzer using cosine similarity, a summarizer using TextRank, and a sentiment_bridge that integrates with the sentiment analysis api for audio recorded sessions. Render results in a SentimentTimeline component.

Motivation 🌟

Consensus scoring, per topic summaries, and sentiment arcs give researchers a fast overview of a session while leaving final interpretation to them.

Expected Behavior 🤔

• Consensus and summary functions return editable suggestions
• Sentiment bridge produces per participant sentiment over time
• SentimentTimeline renders the sentiment arc on the session timeline
