Assemble full meeting transcript from chunk transcripts

Scope:

• Merge chunk transcripts in correct order

• Preserve timestamps if available

• Handle missing chunks with clear markers

  • e.g. “⚠️ ~10 minutes of audio could not be processed”

Hi @mohi-devhub, I'd like to work on this. I will implement a script to parse the JSON transcripts, sort them using natural ordering (handling 1, 10, 2 correctly), and detect sequence gaps to insert the required warning markers.
