binary sensor to see if the termostat call for heat #260

Hi, I am David from Italy.
I have made a Heat curve in Home Assistant and want to set the temperature from my Boiler to that calculated.
It works very well but the only thing is, wen I set the CS then automatically it set CH to 1 and I am in a On loop because i need to resend
every minute the CS=XX command to mantain.
Is there a way to see when the thermostat On/Off or Opentherm calls for heat?
