Request to increase AP fallback delay when Wi-Fi is not available after power outage #262

thanks for your great work on this firmware!
I'm using the OTGW firmware and noticed an issue after a power outage. When the power comes back, my Wi-Fi router takes about 2 minutes to restart and become available again. During this time, the OTGW device doesn't see the Wi-Fi network and starts its own fallback Access Point (AP) mode.
Would it be possible to configure or increase the delay before the OTGW gives up on connecting to Wi-Fi and switches to AP mode? This would help in setups where the router takes a bit longer to come back online after a power cut.
