Thanks for reporting. MacOS is viewing your lower touch as a resting thumb and is not passing it along to Middle. This behavior is also noticeable with the built-in macOS functionality for double tapping two touches to zoom. You can set Middle to obtain the touch data at a lower level in macOS, which should bypass a layer of resting touch rejection in macOS, by running the following Terminal command and restarting Middle: |

I am having issues with middleclick inconsistently detecting 3 fingers. The OS itself seems to detect 3 fingers, but middleclick looks to be picking up the 3rd finger briefly and maybe rejecting it. See the attached video. I am tapping with 3 fingers each time, and then you only see the 3rd finger show up solidly when I start to drag. M1 MacBook Pro.
