Accessing Static Files - hitting 404 errors

Hi @ryangittings,
Thanks for this custom Perch Driver. However, I have hit an issue where I need to access some static PHP files inside the Perch project.

These being as follows:

/feedback/thanks.php
/submit/test.php
/submit/apply.php

I only get back a 404 error.
I have tried adding in the isStaticFile function - ala this fork https://github.com/scottgruber/perch-runway-valet-driver from @scottgruber

Any ideas how I can resolve this?
I am very new to nginx and use Apache in production, but Valet is so fast on OSX, I am trying ti sue it.

I've tried to fix this on several attempts, with no luck. If anyone has any ideas, please don't hesitate to submit a PR!

@terryupton It's built into Perch Runway. No need to rely on the driver at all. Try this.

1. After you put file on your site, then add the page in the Perch Runway control panel.
2. For location/path ie /feedback/thanks.php
3. After you add the page in Perch, go to settings for that page, and on the master page select menu choose "Local File"
