(FLAC, WAV) Bit depth: 16, 24 (, 32)
(FLAC) Compression: 16, 24
Samplerate: Automatic, 44100, 48000, ....
(Automatic seems to be the current default)

under format or could be in ⋯ -> Settings -> ..
