App never gets `stable` status

Hi, I have noticed that apps never gets stable status when you have any particle component in the UI.

Also never gets stable even you navigate to other state without particles...

To add to this, I've tried to use the particle libraries (without ngWrappersLibs) directly to my Angular app to see if the app becomes stable, but it also does not stay stable when I tried using the two below:
