Clean up examples testing folder #263
Description
In the manawave package, there's an /example folder that contains code for testing and experimenting with MANAWAVE. It's a bit messy with broken links and code right now. It should be cleaned up to be more consistent and generally usable.
Also, remember this "example" folder is different where it's mostly for testing implementation details or breaking things to determine the actual test case. It's still necessary to write more unit and integration tests additionally.
