feat: Rewrite setup functions

The setup functions should set up the initial layout to be interpreted and rendered by MANAWAVE. They should only manipulate the DOM as needed.

I'm expecting a function to wrap the template and hide it.
I'm expecting another function to overlay the marquee surface over the template.
