Test mode flag should be replaced with "plugin profiles" #8

The test mode is currently broken (and not very flexible anyway).
Describe the solution you'd like
Datalayer.js should provide different profiles that allow running different plugin configurations with ease. This could be used to implement different tracking setups (e.g. for privacy settings) as well as testing single or multiple plugins before public release.
