FLIR format support

Hi! I recently stumbled upon this project and I'm impressed. Very cool how many processing features it has.

I noticed FLIR format conversion is on the TODO list. I was wondering what this entails? Reading, writing?

I was also wondering if you are familiar with the flyr project. Full disclosure: I'm its author 😄 But I thought it might interest you as it is pure Python and a dedicated FLIR decoder.

Thank you very much for your encouraging comments! Really happy to see that you spent time on a FLIR decoder. I'll see if I can easily benefits from your work to implement DJI -> Flir conversion (useful for all people wanting to use Flir thermal studio)
