Hide decimals when decimals are zeros

I have an scenario where I have to support displaying maximum 3 decimals IF the decimals are not zeros.

E.g
11.3 should display 11.3 not 11.300
11.55 should display 11.55 not 11.550
11.367 should display 11.367

The code below gives 12,000 as output but I want it to show 12

    />

The code below gives 15,488 which is OK because the decimals are not zeros.

value={Math.round((11 + Number.EPSILON) * 1000) / 1000} formats to 11
