Support optional field

Add support for optional field:

• @optional annotation in IDL

  struct MyStruct {
      @optional
      u8 optional_field;
  };

• Option<...> in Rust

  #[derive(DdsType)]
  pub struct MyStruct{
      pub optional_field: Option<u8>
  }

Thanks for reporting this, We are currently working on implementing the XTypes standard more accurately which will solve this problem. It is not an easy task and it brings some breaking API changes so we are not sure when it will land but should be less than 2 weeks.
