Something wrong with SD card!?

I am also using latest Arduino IDE. I am using a mostly clean installation of Arduino, so it is using Expressif SD_MMC library. SD card is formatted to fat32 4GB. I've tried at least 10 different SD Cards, different sizes, brands and speeds. I only got 1 SD card working. I've tried with and without the files from /data preloaded on the SD cards. I have used imaging tool to try to recreate the single SD card that is working.

Any advice on SD card that is for sure working? I only got 1 to work so far. Is it possible there is some issue with the code?
