Scrolling sensitivity is too high

Describe the bug

After updating to version 1.35.0, scrolling notes is too sensitive, and there is no way to turn it down, often overshooting the page where I want to go

To reproduce

1. Open a note
2. Scroll

Expected behavior

Either adjustable sensitivity, or a reduced scrolling sensitivity

F-Droid (1.35.0)

Device

• Device: Galaxy Tab S4
• OS: Android 10
