Log clear / timestamped log entries

Motivation

Hello!

I enjoy using Saber. When recently trying to debug something, I found no way to clear the log;
Furthermore, I could not find any timestamp on the log entries, making it hard to tell if an entry is new and possibly recurring or just old.

Solution

I would suggest to

1. add timestamps to log entries
2. add a clear-all button to the log
